Refund and Returns
We cannot issue refunds on customized items.
If you have asked for a special order or have asked that your items be modified,
do not send them back to us.
We cannot re-sell any modified or customized orders.
Other than above we will happily refund your finial order at anytime within 30 days of receipt.
Finials must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them.
Please take care when packaging that it will withstand the trip back safely.
* To avoid returns please make sure that the items that you ordered
are the correct size for your project before ordering.
Our finials are meant for interior applications only
We do not recommend using them outside.
